Analyzing financial markets and developing investment strategies. Understanding how corporations make financial decisions to create value. The potential for high earnings in the financial sector.

2. How comfortable are you with using quantitative methods (e.g., statistics, calculus) to solve complex financial problems?

Very comfortable. I see mathematics as a powerful tool for modeling financial reality. Reasonably comfortable. I have a foundational knowledge and am willing to learn more. Not very comfortable. I prefer focusing on qualitative and descriptive aspects of finance.

3. How do you react to major global economic events?

I immediately analyze how they might affect stock prices, interest rates, and currency values. I follow the news and am generally interested in their economic consequences. I don't pay close attention unless it directly affects me personally.

4. When faced with a complex investment opportunity, what is your primary focus?

Conducting a thorough risk-return analysis and valuing the asset based on its future cash flows. Comparing it to similar investments and following market trends. Relying on expert opinions or popular sentiment.

5. A significant part of a master's program in Finance is conducting in-depth research for a thesis. How do you view this?

As an excellent opportunity to specialize and contribute my own analysis on a topic like asset valuation or risk management. As a challenging but necessary step to earn the degree. As something I'm not looking forward to; I prefer exams and structured coursework.

6. Which of these concepts do you find most interesting?

The pricing of financial derivatives (options, futures). Portfolio diversification and asset allocation. Personal budgeting and basic savings principles.

7. The finance industry is known for its high-pressure, fast-paced environment. How do you perceive this?

As a stimulating and dynamic environment where I can thrive. As a potential challenge that I am prepared to adapt to. As a stressful and undesirable work atmosphere.

8. After completing your master's studies, what career path appeals to you most?

A role in investment banking, asset management, or corporate finance that requires deep analytical skills. A general management or consulting role where financial literacy is an asset. I'm not sure yet; I'm hoping the degree will open up various business opportunities.

9. How do you view financial regulations?

As a crucial framework for ensuring market stability and ethical behavior, which is essential to understand. As a set of rules that one must follow to do business. As a bureaucratic obstacle that hinders market efficiency.

10. Why do you believe a two-year master's degree in Finance is the right step after completing your bachelor's?

To gain the specialized, expert-level knowledge needed to solve complex financial challenges and advance in my chosen career. To improve my credentials and increase my competitiveness in the job market. I feel it's the expected next step for a career in business, but I haven't considered it in depth.
